The welded animatronic dinosaur bases are raw steel rectangles, and would have made the displays look crude and unfinished. I disguised them with hexagonal pieces. The wooden tops have a 5/16” slot routed around the edge, and I scored Coroplast bases of varying heights to store flat and be easily assembled at each venue by inserting the edge into the slot. • The controllers for the critters are also an anchor point for the railing.

Two sides contain the interactive displays. Side three has an informational graphic, and the fourth side has a decorative stylized “door” with a non-functional electronic keypad. That entire side is removable for loading and unloading. The Gator top panels stack flat on top of the display to save room inside for the other components.
